Preheat oven to 350.
Add flour, baking powder, psyllium husk powder, and salt to a bowl. Mix well with a fork breaking up the clumps of flour.
Add boiling water and vinegar to the bowl. Slowly add egg whites to bowl while mixing. Do not over mix the dough.
Wet hands and begin shaping into 10 football shaped rolls. Transfer to well seasoned baking stone or parchment paper or silicone mat.
Bake on lower rack in the oven for approximately 45 minutes.
Mix butter, garlic, salt and Italian seasoning together.
When rolls are cool, slice in half lengthwise and coat with butter mixture. Bake at 435 for 10-15 minutes til brown.
