This is a recipe I found on the back of a bag of Blue Diamond Almond flour. It was not a keto recipe. Until now.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Coat an 8 inch pan with oil or butter
Melt butter and baking chocolate in saucepan on low heat
Add sweeteners and vanilla. Stir well. Set to side to cool for a few minutes
Scramble the eggs in a mixing bowl.
Add chocolate mixture, salt and flour. Stir well
Add in chocolate chips, nuts and/or cacao nibs. Stir
Pour into pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cut into 12 pieces. Cover in airtight container so they don't dry out.
Optional add ins (this will effect the macros counts)
chopped nuts
cacao nibs
spread top with natural peanut butter or almond butter when it comes out of oven
mint extract in the batter before baking
