Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated or shredded
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Melt butter with garlic in sauce pan over medium heat. 

  2. Add heavy cream. Simmer until it thickens.

  3. Lower heat and add cheese. Continue to stir until it's smooth. 

  4. Add salt and pepper. 

  5. Serve.

Recipe Notes

If sauce is too thick, thin it out with more cream. If it's too thin, thicken by adding more cheese.
