Almond Butter Cookies

IF you love peanut butter cookies, these will be a great replacement for you!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup ">truivia Or sweetener that is equal to 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to bowl. Mix well. 

  2. Roll into balls (15) 

  3. Place each ball on a silpat mat or parchment paper.

  4. Push down with a fork to make a criss cross pattern on the top of each cookie. 

  5. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes until just starting to brown.

**If using a different sweetener, you need the equivalent to 1/2 cup sugar**
