Preheat oven to 400
In a microwave safe bowl, add flour, flax seed, baking soda and mozzarella. Combine with a fork.
Add Cream cheese. Microwave for 90 seconds
Mix well with a fork. Add egg and mix well.
With wet hands, shape dough into rolls (4 rolls if you want them larger for hamburgers, 6 if you want dinner rolls)
Place rolls onto silicone mat, parchment paper or a well seasoned baking stone.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until browned.
