If your pantry is like most, it’s a miss mash of all kinds of things. It’s probably loaded with lots of quick grab snacks for when you get hungry or are on the go.
The best way to start keto is to get rid of all the junk. Just remove the temptation. If it’s not there, you can’t eat it, right?
What if you’re the only one going keto? Then what do you do? That’s totally fine. Not everyone in my family eats keto. But we all eat a LOT better than we did 3 years ago. My son tends to only stray when we go away and I don’t have foods prepped for him. Then he’ll break out the processed foods, simply for convenience.
There are always better options than junk food. There are even some that taste like snacks and junk food, but aren’t.
Let’s get in there and see what we can clean out, what we can add and what we can compromise on.
