These Keto “Wheat” Rolls are my absolute favorite keto rolls. With 1.3 grams of net carbs, they are good enough to eat every day! These rolls take about 5 minutes to throw together and just 15 minutes to bake. Last night I made these as my fresh minute steaks cooked. I topped these yummy rolls with steak, cheese, and onions. They are sturdy enough to hold up as a roll. Meatball Parmesan sandwiches are another regular meal I make with these.
Make them smaller if you are looking for a delicious roll with butter or cream cheese. They also freeze and toast really well!
Keto "Wheat" Dinner Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Mozzarella shredded
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 Cup Flax Seed ground
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Oz Cream Cheese
- 1 large egg
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400

In a microwave safe bowl, add flour, flax seed, baking soda and mozzarella. Combine with a fork.

Add Cream cheese. Microwave for 90 seconds

Mix well with a fork. Add egg and mix well.

With wet hands, shape dough into rolls (4 rolls if you want them larger for hamburgers, 6 if you want dinner rolls)

Place rolls onto silicone mat, parchment paper or a well seasoned baking stone.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until browned.
