Intermittent fasting is the process of voluntarily withholding food for a period of time. It’s done for medical reasons (when we go get blood tests done or before a surgery) and it’s done for religious reasons. It’s something that has been done for thousands of years.
This 3 week email course will help get you started to make intermittent fasting part of your lifestyle. This is an email course. You will receive daily emails to help keep you motivated and help guide you to the IF lifestyle.
This course can start any day you are ready to begin. You’ll be required to fill out a waiver and an assessment form in the beginning of the class and another assessment at the end of the class.
Upon completion, you’ll receive my .pdf which describes the most common fasts and the benefits to each one. You’ll be able to reference that for all future fasts depending on your goals.
