Creamy Keto Alfredo Sauce
Alfredo Sauce is not something I used to eat on a regular basis. I always thought it was hard to make. Not so! This creamy keto Alfredo sauce is super simple to make! It comes in at 32g of fat and 3.3g total carbs which makes it a super filling dish!
When we have Alfredo, I eat it on zoodles. My husbahd eats his over broccoli. My son has his over pasta. Now I know that sounds like a lot of extra cooking, but it really isn’t. I start the water for the pasta and spiral the zucchini. The chicken goes on the grill while I start the Alfredo sauce. Just as I add the cheese, I start cooking the zoodles and broccoli. When the sauce is done, so is everything else!

Keto Alfredo Sauce
Super simple, creamy Alfredo sauce that takes just minutes to make!
Ingredients
- 1 TBSP butter
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated or shredded
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions

Melt butter with garlic in sauce pan over medium heat.

Add heavy cream. Simmer until it thickens.

Lower heat and add cheese. Continue to stir until it’s smooth.

Add salt and pepper.

Serve.
Recipe Notes
If sauce is too thick, thin it out with more cream. If it’s too thin, thicken by adding more cheese.
