Sloppy joes are one of those dishes that everyone likes! They are always a favorite for pot luck dinners or parties. While the store bought sloppy joe sauce is low carb, it’s certainly not keto. It has high fructose corn syrup and corn syrup, neither of which are keto.
This recipe serves 6. It can easily be doubled or tripled for a group. It can also be made ahead of time and frozen for those nights where you don’t feel like cooking. Just thaw it out and heat it up!
Serve on your favorite keto rolls, half a green or red pepper, on a bed of lettuce, keto crackers or wrap, or just serve plain.

Recipe Notes
Note - If you are counting net grams, this contains aprox. 3 per serving. The sukrin gold is made with erythritol, which is not absorbed by most people, therefore the carbs in it are not counted. Feel free to lessen the amount or omit if you don't have it want to use it.
